You get dumb labour such as Luis Lava who hammers nails into 2/4's on broken retaining walls and plaster them thus weakening the structure. You are worse than Lava as you dont know county setbacks, depth of footings, can't read a basic plan, don't know tape measure. Break a gas line without calling the utility company. Did not put the nessary paperwork from the county on the door. Gets a jack hammer to break 1/2 inch of concrete. You only dream you know the job. To transition from a handy man to a B Class contractor you need to go to school. For that you need to have aptitude not forgery skills which you possess in abundanc. You take checks from people, in your name/ your wife's name, go to the nearest banking branch, put your thumb print and cash the check. If you did legitimate business in the USA then you would have a business account to cash the money. You are a con artist who only has one trade to skim money from innocent money. Also he has a full time job to go to court to get our hard earned money wich Tenemas stole on false pretense on building our addition. 

Look here we came to the USA the legal way. Got jobs and earned our money the legitimate way, paid our taxes and had no one yelling outside our house for them not getting paid. Can you look at your self and see yourself in a mirror of honesty.

THIS GUY IS ALSO AN INDIAN GUY WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MANY CONTRACTORS HE OWES MR. TENEMAS $6,000 DOLLARS AND NEVER PAID HIM AND NOW HE HAS LIENS IN TWO OF HIS PROPERTIES AND NOW HIS SAYING THAT HE CAUGHT MR. TENEMAS STEALING APPLIANCES FROM HIS PROPERTIES ALL LIES MR. PANKAJ HAD MULTIPLES CONTRACTORS TO WORK IN HIS PROPERTIES AND WHEN THE PROJECT IS DONE HE REQUEST TO HAVE A COMPANIES CHECKING ACCOUNT AND BUSSINESS LICENSE KNOWING THAT HE HIRES PEOPLE FROM 7-11 TO DO HIS JOBS AND HE DOESNT PAY THEM, THIS QIESTIONS SHOULD BE ASKED BEFORE YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO WORK IN YOUR HOUSE NOT AFTER YOUR PROJECT IS DONE, HE'S VERY WELL KNOWN IN PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY FOR DEBTS AND HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF POOR AND HARD WORKING PEOPLE, THIS CROOKS SHOULD BE IN JAIL NO DOUGHT IN MY MINE.

 Dear honest citizens: The person who has written the rebuttal is living in neverland. The court on Prince William County(civil) has ruled in my favor not R&L Remodeling. If u don't believe me go to the courthouse records. The insurance company has sent me a check for the damages. There is a case on the 27th of October for him doing criminal acts such as forgery and deceit. It takes one truth to state the correct facts but hundreds of IRS to support one lie. He is a good con artist. Beware the man and his family. They have a knack of robbing Peter to pay Paul. He is supposed to have cheated a person who claims to be a relative living on Linwood Drive Woodbridge VA. Pankaj from NJ claims to have caught him stealing appliances from his rental property. I can go on but what's the point Rodolfo Tenema's reputation precedes him. Good luck Tenemas with your lies. Game over you have screwd many innocent victims including me. You have taken my hard earned money and paying lawyers to keep you from jail. Luckily you never tried to do this in Peru where you come from because there the people would have done justice on the street not in court. Mark menezes has lied about my company, I have a good reputation with all my customers over 15 years, firstable all of the charges he is talking about has been dropped and there's no charges against my company or myself, unfortunately I was working for the wrong person who thinks he's back in his country  and haits this country he mentioned that in his report,  I have been a very honest person all my life and this crook just wanted me to be in jail  because he didn't want to pay for a gas line to be removed which he was adviced from the beginning and all of the sudden he started screaming at me and stop the project, then he call my insurance company which was provide to him and that he's house was destroy by my company, after the work we had expand the collect 10,000 dollars form my insurance and denied and in lied in court that bhw never received any payment from my insurance. He also kept my tools which I had to take him to court and he was obligated to return nut this crook is so cheap that h kept  part of my tools. I've suffer his lyes and Mark menezes keeps harassing me  and also kept coming over my houseto post notices all over my neighborhood and ibwas obligatedto put a trespassing order plus a proteccion order. Please do not believe what his saying I have a contractor license and we have been doing business for over 15 years with no reports what so ever.
