Roadloans Dishonest lender ripoff Huntington Beach California
I was contacted by Roadloans stating that I was approved for a $15,000 loan. I went through a verification process of my personal information with 3 employees of Roadloans in 3 seperate departments. I choose not to use any of the car dealships that Roadloans deals with being that I live near serveral franchized dealers so when I got the confirmation from Roadloans to shop for a vehicle, I did and found one.
I picked up the vehicle 12-4-06 only to receive a call the next day denying the loan. The representative stated that the information submitted stated that I made $10,000 per month and that my loan approval was based on that. I ask the very rude representative that WHY WOULD I NEED A $15,000 LOAN IF I MADE $10,000 PER MONTH. She tried to accused me of entering the info and I further stated that I went through the varification process with 3 people no one mentioned my earning $10,000 per month.
Needless to say, I have to return the car tomorrow. I have wasted my time and energy. I should have just bought a bus pass.

I was contacted by Roadloans in search for a vehicle in which a representative told me I was approved for a $15,000 loan. I followed all of the necessarry guidlines and did everything according to their word. I spoken with two other representatives who verified me and sent in all my paperwork. I was told to shop for a vehicle and I did on 12-4-06 I picked up a vehicle only to have to return it on 12-5-06 stated that I did not get approved for the loan. Roadloans stated that my application approval was based on that I earned $10,000 a month. This is was the last representative stated. So I told the representative why would I apply for a loan of $15,000 when I made $10,000 monthly or why would a company knowing I make that amount only approve me for $15,000. I told her something is shady. Needless to say I wasted my time and back taking the bus. If this has happen to me think of all the people Roadloans comes in contact with on a daily basis.
