Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

RoadRunner Auto Transport is comprised of a bunch of 20 year old kids up on Long Island.  They think they are "wise guys" that can pull con games and not get caught.   They are screwing truck drivers by not paying the amount due upon delivery.  They screw customers because the customer ends up paying twice or they won't get their car when the truck shows up.   If you want to trust a punk long island kid with a track record of screwing hard working truck drivers and consumers who believed all the fake reviews posted on line.... be my guest.

Brokers are suppose to protect the client from carriers who play bait and switch games, hold vehicles hostage for more money upon delivery than expected.   Not RoadRunner... they screw everyone!

Take it from me.  I'm a carrier that sees many many many negative reviews on www.centraldispatch.com.   This site is used by all brokers, carriers and dealerships in the entire industry.  This site started as soon a computers were made available to the industry.  It keeps customers from hiring three trucks to see who shows up first.

Sound idea at first.... but now the site is riddled with fraud, deceit, con-artist brokers and carriers and the worst part...... Cox Automotive (the company that owns the dispatch board known as Central Dispatch) is the worst piece of crap company you could ever imagine.

They could give a rats a*s about the customers they screw, the truck drivers that can't rely on the loads posted on central dispatch being real and not fake postings,  and the brokers that post a load when they have an honest contract with the carrier because so many jacka*s brokers will post the same load when they receive a quote request.   When the customer does not commit to a broker the broker should never post that load on the dispatch board.   But they do.   Cox Automotive does not care.

RoadRunner Auto Transport posts orders without the customers permission all the time.  They post the order at a  higher price the customer never agreed to.   Sure they find the first trucker foolish enough to work for RoadRunner because they didn't check the reviews from other carriers.   They send out that truck not caring if that truck has an F Rating because they are trying to be the first company to call the customer with a solution.

Total scum bags that care nothing about anyone.  Do not trust these unprofessional kids in Long Island that don't care about you, your car or when that car gets there or what condition it arrives.   They don't check carrier insurance, on time track record and they certainly don't check any history of damaging vehicles.  They simply want to call that customer first with a solution.  The customer falls for it every time unless they do their homework.   A broker is suppose to fight for the customer and find the lowest price possible.   They are not suppose to rush, over charge and screw the customer.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
