Roamans offered discounts on catalog that are not accepted when attempted to purchase from same catalog Internet
I received the catalog in the mail and the next day decided to make a purchase. The catalog has a offer "Buy any 2 items, get 3rd item free using promo code RD44159" , offer expires 1/16/13.
Today is 12/12/12. When I placed my order online and used the code, I was being invoiced for all three items (3 flannel tops). I called customer service and spoke with MOLLY. She advised that the items that I was trying to purchase was clearance. They are not in the clearance section which is deep in the catalog. They are on page 25 of the catalog. She said because the item was on sale it was considered as clearance.
Molly said this offer can only be used for full priced items, but the offer description does not state that. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused. I asked why this offer was on this catalog when every item in the catalog was on sale, which means the offer could not be used at all for this catalog. She could not respond.
