After three weeks of no one returning phone calls, I finally got him on the phone by calling from different numbers.
I finally got my money back from him, but this guy is a scoundrel. I don't think he means to be, and after dealing with him I'm pretty sure he's just not very good at doing business. I don't think he is smart enough to be a real thief, or at least someone who could get away with anything. I think at the end of the day he just sucks at life/business.
Basically everything else that people said on ripoff report was true for us as well.
Do not send him any money in advance. He can not be trusted. He tried to cover his tracks by making up different stories about why he couldn't get us the money, or why he couldn't provide the tracking number( fed ex freight confirmed that no deliveries from his address to ours had ever been created).
He then told me he was on vacation and that he had cash in his safe, and that the would send it when he got back. I finally pressed him and he admitted that he was not actually on vacation. After hundreds of texts and phone calls I got my $4000 back from him, but now my project is behind schedule and I've had to spend way too much time with this creep.

Rob is a scam artist and why do I know cause he used my social security number to turn his power on I had been with him for a little over a year and got pregnant unfortunately but live my son he has scammed so many people when I was with him and still does ...
He drives a newer Corvette and has Never worked a real job a day in his life since I've known him for 30 yrs he's a bad person and a very good munipulater.... Scum of the earth!!! Get a real job you scam artist.... You wouldn't want people to do it to you so STOP SCAMMING!!!!

His rebuttal is filled with lies and untruths, and as long as he continues to respond I will follow him to the ends of the earth letting people know who he truly is. My phone number is above. I will take this further . Rob, if you tell another lie, I will keep this up as if my life depended on it. Test me.
Just FYI . My next step will be to post my entire correspondence with you . It is very embarrassing for you and makes you look ridiculous. Please keep this up. I am begging you. I tried to give you an opportunity to shut up ,but you keep going.

It seems to me that the internet has become quite a tool to put companies into a vise!
This person only ordered the mirror 3 weeks ago, normal turnaround time on this is 3 weeks but this guy went out of his way yesterday to harrass me from 4pm through 10pm demanding his money back. He made threat after threat. Every time that I tried to work with him he would slam it down. Yesterday was the very first day I heard from him yet he states that they have been trying to contact me for 3 weeks. When directed that instead of the mirrors he wanted his money back (something that I normally do not do on custom mirrors) I went through the steps to assure that he got it back asap and yet this is how I get treated.
What he left out of this is there were changes made and things that I had to wait on prior to doing the job which held it up. He states that I was on vacation and that was very true as I just started vacation when all this happened and yet I still went out of my way to handle it. He also forgot to mention that he had 6 people texting, calling and threatening me for hours yesterday. If my intent was to rip him off would I really not return his money. I returned it within 10 hours at a cost of $230 to send it to him western union.
While this is a very rare case compaired to the amount that I ship, it amazes me that this guy went out of his way to make this happen like this instead of just calling me and resolving it.
As he stated he was refunded 110% and the issue is CLOSED!
