My teenaged son has been saving up to purchase a 'Maschine Mark3' music launchpad. He saw Rob Stevensons offer on his Hiphoprallybeatschool website for a $1 ebook download which explain how to use this launchpad. My son entered his debit card details and an initial $1.43 was removed from his account. He waited for the promised download but this did not arrive. Exactly 7 days later a further $54.86 was removed from his account. We contacted Rob Stevenson at his email address to find out why this extra charge had been made and to also ask where the download was. His reply was -

Hey Jane,
I've cancelled your account to make sure that you are not charged in the future.
We don't do refunds outside of the 7 day period. Just because the terms and conditions around the free trial were stated very clearly: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5KRDahIor9xcGg0SzQxUE5EQUE
But, what I can do is give you a few free months of access to the program as well as a download link to my full drum library (Click here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5KRDahIor9xcHJ3U2NrcDlwdVE). Does that work for you?
There is no reference on the website that my son accessed about any 7 day period, refund policy etc but it does state that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. My son has never received the promised download to be able to trial it for 30 days. Since we responded to this email explaining that no, this doesn't work for us we have had no contact from this undersirable human being. VISA, our bank, the ACCC and the Missouri Attorney General's office will be investigating this fraudulent activity. The website should be taken down. I can't help wondering how many other people Rob Stevenson has ripped off.
