Robbins Machine & Repair ripoff! Robbins California
Purchased a remanufactured 302 Ford engine with 1 year warranty. After nine months engine started to knock.
Returned pickup to shop where I was told the heads need to be replaced at an additional cost. 1 month later engine failed due to poor workmanship. Cylinders were bored to big and rods sized to big. This engine had 7842 miles on it.
The owner refuses to talk to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair that issued the license with whom I filed a complaint.
B.A.R. told me theres nothing they can do because he has a differant license now and to try small claims court.
