I signed a contract with Robert De La Rosa and Jennifer Martin Del Campo for home repairs, advanced them $3,400.00 and they did not make a single repair. He impressed me by claiming that he worked for David Montelongo from Flip This House and that he had even been on TV.
He also claims to be licensed when in reality it is his 18 year old girlfriend and partner that holds the license. He cannot get a license because he is an ex-convict and is currently on probation.
His so called team consist of unlicensed and mostly undocumented workers.
Once he got the advancement, which was to be used for permits, drawings and material to start the job, he and the girlfriend disappeared. When questions about it, he lies and claims he did work at another location. Of course, the contract with the correct work address was signed the same day he cashed the check. They spent my money within a week without getting a single permit, without fixing a single window, and without even a single drawing.
Ex-employees of his have come forward and stated that they never got paid for work they did for him. Consumers, workers, beware.
