Robert Frias, Rob Frias, Coach Rob AKA CON MAN. I don't know how this guy is not locked up with the various businesses that he setup and con people for their money. Just google the name or this guy on this site & he has scams going in many fronts about movie, coaching baseball, party organizer to financial services and now he doing Luxury Real Estate advising. Don't fall for his scam like we did.
The recent scam that we fell for was Rob's College Funding Solutions of California. Where he provides services to help secure financial aid for your college bound children. For $1,500 he guarantee that he will get at least $2,000 in financial aid or we get our money back. Then his partner from Pacific Advisor tries to sell you life insurance and bonds to “shield your assets”. After we turned down the purchases, he disappears, never return calls, shuts down his site (does this seems similar to what you experience?).
Here’s his typical playbook of scams. Setup an Internet site around an event or a service (financial, restate, etc.). He usually has a partner some lady that we sweet-talk into through friends or from a bar. They fall for his charm or his poor struggling story that he hit bottom. Then he leverages their network or experience to start a business. The business usually last about 1-1.5 years and he takes the money fund his fake “bling” lifestyle.
Does this sound familiar to a Rob Frias that you know? Don’t fall for his stories, I hope someone has the time and energy to put and end to his scams!!!

It has been brought to my attention that my one of family members has provided incorrect information about the person named on this report. It appears that there are multiple people with the same name in California, Texas and Florida and they are not related. I have corrected the mistake and both parties are satisfied.

All your comments are fake, prove the award letter or all the info you listed? As you have gotten none for all the people that you tried to help at CAPO USD schools. Even your partner Dawn at Pacific Advisor has been left high and dry as she dealing with your mess.
Provide screen shots of the award letter that you claim. You haven't returned our calls, you started a new scam in Luxury home real estate. All I've done is provide proof, where your proof dude? Do you know how to cut/paste?
As for your phone numbers- you change them on every business scam.

Bill, OMG! I am so sorry that you feel that we did not do a good enough job with your son. Last time we spoke we had reviewed your award for an academic and athletic scholarship totaling almost $12,000. I know that when I wrote your final appeal letter my father had a stroke and subsequently he passed away a few months later.
I tried to get a hold of you to see if we got even more scholarship awards and I don’t recall receiving a phone call back from you. I feel very bad that we lost contact over the past two years but I thought you were completely satisfied with the scholarship arrangement that we had gotten for you. I know you have my personal cell phone number that I’ve had for almost 15 years So please call me as I would love to resolve this with you guys.
I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but we will make it better I promise. I only have one client with the name Bill from Rancho Santa Margarita area and I’m really surprised that you and Linda did not call me prior to this. On another note, please retract the information you are alluding to for the other Robert Frias from Northern California and from Texas as that is not me and that information is slanderous and incorrect.
Even the number you listed for the Robert Frias in Northern California has a 916 area code but you only have six digits for the phone number. I have been mistaken for that Robert Frias in the past who is involved with financial services and other things of that sort.
