(ROBERT J FRANK) Sly's Hobby Den is misrepresenting advertised items, and they have horrible after sales support. Rip-off! Inwood West Virginia
I purchased a Remote Controlled (RC) Truck from Robert J Frank, which he advertised as a New Item. When I received the item I found that the box had been opened. After further investigation I found that the truck had been damaged along with the transmitter.
I contacted Robert J Frank and he took the attitude that I bought it and now it was my problem. When I followed up with second contact he took on a childish attitude and accused me of breaking it and then wanting him to replace the item.
I would expect a business to have a more professional attitude to correcting their mistakes. So I ended up with an item that I had to go back to the manufacture for support.

Robert J Frank is NOT an employee or any part of Sly's Hobby Den. He is the husband and father of 2 owners. Sly's Hobby Den retails Radio Control Helicopters, airplanes, parts and service. Not Radio Control cars.

The person who wrote this is misinformed. He did not deal with SLYS HOBBY DEN! He dealt with an individual on ebay, not our store. We DO NOT SELL RC trucks or cars, check us out yourself! We have hundreds of satisfied customers and a wonderful customer service department. We always put our customers first and only sell brand new in package parts, helis, planes etc.
