This company advertises nationwide leading you to believe they have offices everywhere. Also advertise retired "federal agents". Neither of these statements are true.
We hired this company for a custody surveillance in Chicago. Come to find out they dont even have an office in Chicago and hire other people to do there work everywhere and they DO NOT.
They produced no results and made excuses why they didnt even though they sure charged us enough. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ever.

I have direct experience with Mr. Mann and his security guard outfit. The man thinks he is an investigator but he provides security guards and body guards. We have seen his so called reports and lack of knowledge about even basis investigations 101. His claim to fame is writting a book but his knowledge or investigative procedures is in the toilet. This man should be closed down and locked out of this business as he has no place in it with his totally lack of investigative credibility. He has a gun permit which is beyond us and he has been reported asking for reconsideration based on knowledge of facts that need to be reconsidered. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this character. You would be better off hiring a high school kid who watched a private detective movies once and memorized some techniques. Go write another novel Robert or supply guards to your local carnival or K Mart thats about the extent of your skills in the PI business.
