Robert Powell Tall, awkwardly sweaty blondish guy named "bob". wears shirts with cut-off sleeves despite lack of upper body Reno Nevada
I just wanted to warn any future employers or potential dates of Robert Powell. He borrowed my mazda miata under the pretense that he himself was considering buying one. He then proceeded to blow out the engine, totaling my car.
He admitted to revving the engine to the tow truck operator. The mechanic said this was almost undeniably his fault. He tried to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, and i made the mistake of trusting him when i he said he would be around when the diagnosis on my car came in.
Fast forward a few days and he is dodging my calls and texts, wont answer his door to me. I wasnt even going to ask this broke sad little person to pay for my car, which would be $5000. I take responsibility in that I let this person who was obviously incompetent drive my car, I just wanted him to perhps apologize and reimburse me for the rental i had to drive home to CO, the multiple ubers i had to take to work, and the diagnostic fee of my miata.
Please beware of this individual he is a leech with absilutely no moral compass or sense of responsobility or common decency. He lied to me multiple times and also tried to hit on me after this happened. He is really a scary individual and cannot be trusted.
