robert richards lottery winner letter and e mail that i won 1million 4 hundred thousand dollars i can get my prize as soon as i send 19.99 dollars to cover handling.This is the second time i received this same type o east meadow New York
I recently received an e mail then a letter informing me I won 140000000 dollars.This is the second time I had this type of scam perpetrated on me. The last time i notified publishers clearing house but i never heard from them.This time i was told to send 19.99 dollars to cover handling.Iwant to spare someone else this fraud.So i hope you can do something to stop this.
