Contest America Publisher Inc Roberto MenjoulouI lies, & frauds usefull advise.
My caountry language isn't english, so, sorry about my mistakes.
I recieve a letter from Contest America Publisher Inc. where they tell me I'm a $21.000 dollars winner. Yes, twenty one thousands american dollars.
I only have to complete a very simple (almost funny or silly) questionaire and send them $15 (fifteen dollars) in 10 days max. counting from the envelope date.
I do that today, the 10th day, because I find the letter last night when I return from a little weekend on the beach.
Now, I sale the Internet and I find that this "company" and other are fraudulents, and all these promeses are lies, frauds.
I lost 15 bocs, OK, but I think I shall win 21000.
But the quiestion is How, the US government, strong promotor of the Internet, don't detect these delictive assosiations before they make these stuff, or when they use the US mail or the net, just in time, and put into jail? Is it logical in 2001 year, 21 century? Come on..., CIA? Where are you? You dont have any Internal Department of Intelligence to make a Internet suveillance?
I am from Uruguay, a little (but very cuture) country from South America, and here, we still trust in other people..., and we like how we are!
