Robin Nickolson ripoff dead Beat inconsiderate Mom Snohomish Washington
For the past six years I have had custody of our Daughter. In this time the mother has paid her child support off and on and has falling behind to the sum of $4000 dollars. To top it off her and her attorney always seem to drag me to court for something. I moved to Arizona 4 years ago with the permission of the court, since i have been in Arizona, i have had to fly to Seattle numerous times to attend court.
I cant afford my attorney anymore, so i represent myself, (Guys, we can win in some cases, my daughters mom filed for a motification of our parenting plan, and we ended up in a trial; i represented myself and kicked her butt) supporting our daughter on my own. The courts do not care a whim that she does not pay.
Recently we had a hearing on contempt. She was taking me to court because she opted not to take our daughter for her christmas visit, she lied to her attorney and the court, she won?. I was beside myself, i have done everything by the book, she has done nothing, i even have therapy records and teachers who state she is bad for the child, does the court care? not at all. All the time i hear about dead beat dads, what about the dead beat moms, if my daughters mom was a man, she would have been in jail a long time ago, the court knows where she lives. I want justice for my daughter, i dont need the money, but the principle and morale and justice thing to do is stop slapping her hand, show the mothers their not above the law, the law is not written differently for mothers, is it? Then make them pay too!
