These guys are masters of stroking you while they steal your money.   I notified Rock You Inc. via their online poker room pureplay.com to request that they discontinnue my subscription, using the email I thought I signed up with. They responded with an email saying it was done. Then the next month I got billed again. So I wrote to them again. Again they said it was done. This went on for months before they suddenly said they couldn't find an account associated with my email.

So I provided my credit card they were charging. 

In a very polite email he writes me "Thank you for writing back to us! Unfortunately, without those details I will not be able to assist you in a better manner. Please get back to us with the email address linked to your game account and the in-game screen name (Case Sensitive), so that we can look into it and get this resolved at the earliest."

So even with me providing the card they have been charging all year, they're telling me that they will continue to do so because they dont' have the in house capability to cross referfence the card to the email. Are you kidding me? 

I would have just cancelled my card but I am traveling overseas, so I'd loose access to my card. The emotional stress with this in monthly, as is all the emails back and forth. 

STAY OFF THEIR WEBSITE, Nothing good comes from it. Even if you win, as I did some time back they make collecting very difficult until you give up and they keep the prize money.  Very under-handed policies there.
