on February 8, 2012, I tried to place an order for 6 months worth of SlimWeight patches.  While I was trying to place this order, the website crashed .  I logged om again and completed the order only to find out that the order went through twice.  I immediately emailed the company to cancel the second order, but no one responded.

When I received the package, it was only 4 months supply.  I again contacted the company and it took a week and three sales reps to admit that I had ordered a year's supply and that I had been shorted 8 months worth of patches.  In all, I emailed back and forth with 5 different reps who insisted that the balance of my order would ship out "shortly".  

After 2 months, they started saying that they would send me a refund for the balance of my order.  It's now been 3 months since I placed the order and I still have not received my refund.  All I get  from the sales reps now is a sugar coated run around.  

After all of this, the patches made me depressed and profoundly fatigued.  All I want is my money back!
