I'm definitely interested in a class action against Rogers. Their contracts are nothing more than "bait and switch" techniques which are illegal. I strongly suggest someone organize a lawyer and leave that info so we can email or call and build a class action case against Rogers deceptive practices of changing their contracts without my agreement or signature.
Cheers,

You won't be able to sue Rogers for this. If you had actually read the contract, you would have noticed that there is a clause in there that essentially states that Rogers can unilaterally change the terms of the contract at any time and for any reason with no notice or agreement from you, and that your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. I hate Rogers as much as the next guy, but you need to learn to read things before you sign them.
