rollydcic ORDERED BOOTS , NEVER GOT THEM AND WONT REFUND

I ordered a cowboy style boot in October of 2019. They didnt come and didnt come. I have emailed them numerous times about this with no resolution to the problem.

I have ask for a full refund and now i dont get a response back at all.
