I bidded on dell T0529 black ink cartridge twin pack on e-bay. I paid by debt bank acct. My bank statement shows it has been paid on 06/15/2010. I have yet recieved my product. And on the sellers list it saids over night delivery. I e-mail them 3 times and also asked ebay for help. First it showed I paid, then now, it is showing I did not pay.

But first, how long has it been and have you lodged a dispute with eBay? You don't "ask" eBay for help, you lodge a dispute if items are not delivered when promised.
Apparently it shows paid on 6/15/10. You have 45 days to dispute from date payment was made so no need to panic yet. Just make sure you lodge a dispute if this seller is non responsive and you don't receive the item within 30 days..which is FTC regulations.
If the seller does not respond you will win the dispute by default. As well you state you paid with your bank debit card or account and it shows as paid, surely your bank provides some kind of protection or recourse against fraud?
If this seller states overnight delivery and has failed to deliver overnight, reflect that in the feedback you leave.
Have you checked this sellers feedback? What is the score and what are other buyers comments saying about this seller ethics? What is the sellers eBay ID? This kind of info can actually help you and others.
There is also a chance the seller has already issued a refund and if this is the case it takes time. Yes, electronic transactions travel at nearly light speed, but the financial institutions have found a way to slow it down.
