romano mazda- Marivic Flaherty cashed my deposit, overnite, will not refund my money! east syracuse New York
On June 1st i stopped at the dealer to look at cars, test drove a car. I gave my information only to hold the vehicle overnite, and was promised that i would be refunded my deposit. It was late and so I placed a deposit-TO BE REFUNDED, only to come back the next day to test drive. I returned the next day and was unsure about the vehicle and decided not to purchase.
I was informed that they "accidentally" deposited my check for $100, and then i'd have to request a refund.
It is now 10 days later and they have still refunded me, nor have they placed a refund order.
