My 80 year old parents bought a 2010 Subaru a few weeks ago from these monsters. The dealership did the plate transfer, lost the plates, denied it and left me to explain the situation to DMV. Furthermore, they auctioned the trade in and the new buyers called my parents house!! Talk about dangerous and unprofessional!!

The purchaser went on to ask my mother why there was only one key and no summer rims. It seems the debaucherous bags of excrement at Romano sold off individual items from the trade in or took them for themselves. Now, I realize this portion of the report represents their  own "prerogative". However, I ask every reader to ask yourself, does this sound like the actions of a sales force with the customers interests at hand?

PS After prepping the car inside, they parked it in a less than twenty degree snowstorm outdoors to begin the process of explaining the switch panels and such. What exceptional humanity, after all octogenarians are on overtime anyhow, who cares if they get pneumonia right Romano?

You stain the Italian name, cheapen Subaru's dealer network and perpetuate the stereotype of why car dealers are scumbags. This is especially true of the sales manager, if your first name isn't Richard you'll understand if I call you d**k anyhow? Right Mr. Smug?

We had a positive purchase experience at Roman's Subaru.  We leased a 2013 Subaru Impreza.  Matt Gee, Bill Nye and Borzou were professional and friendly.  We got the best value and there were no dealership games.  They are also there for our questions even after the sale.  It's too bad you had a bad experience with them.  We did not and will do business with them again when this lease ends.
