Ron Carter Hyundia of ClearLake Scott Sanders, Scott Kimbrough, and Tasos Karamitsos Liers, They lead people on and never answer back, and it seem like they where being prejudice towards us. Freindswood Texas
Ron Carter Hhyundia used car department is a joke. They make you think they are going to get you approved for a loan, but dont do it. They say they are working on it , but their not. They also never call you back to tell they need more info from you to get you approved and by the time you find out the car or truck has been sold.
Its happened twice at that dealership. Also when I called there twice I was told by their salesman Tasos Karamitsos that I need to stop calling them and bugging them so they can do their job or it could take longer for them to get us approved. I feel like they are being prejudice towards me because I'm in bankruptcy and they just dont want to deal with it.
So stay away from them they didnt even fire a salesman that got real rude with me and my wife and tried to argue with us. They just had a talk with him. That tells me that its ok for their salesman to get rude and argue and disrespect the customer.
