My Wife and I age ( 35,37) with 3 kids purchased a 2007 Nissan Quest Van from TOWN CENTER NISSAN IN KENESSAW,GA loaded with all the options so we were told. When we initially spoke to our salesman we told him all the options we wanted the vehicle to have. They brought out a vehicle that was supposed to have those options.

We specifically ask for the model with the Navigation System, they showed us a Van with an in dash monitor along with all the other options that we requested. We hadn't owned or operated a vehicle with a NAV system, so when they told us "It would need to be programmed for it to work" we believed it.

We were told to get familiar with all the options and come back to get the NAV System programmed. We returned 2 weeks later to the dealer so that they could program the NAV System and after 5 or more dealer reps scoured the vehicle it was known at that time that THIS NISSAN QUEST DID NOT HAVE A NAVIGATIONAL SYSTEM. Our salesperson's response was "We Goofed". YOU d**n RIGHT THEY DID.

Now when I try to call them for some type of remedy to their unprofessional sales staff and incompetence. My calls are not returned. I guess the 40,000 that was being spent isn't enough for at least a KISS MY A**" we sold you the car so stop calling us phone call.

I was told the owner of the Dealership ..RON SWATTY isn't available for customer contact. The Dealer's General Manager KENNY GRANT will not return any call nor will he even talk to me about this experience at his place of business.

This was our first experience buying a non-domestic vehicle I never had purchased one before and now I know why. My advice for anyone wanting to purchase a NISSAN or a non-domestic vehicle DONT DO IT!! I will never buy another vehicle that is not a CHEVY, FORD , or CHRYSLER.

I have bought 3 vehicles from Town Center Nissan. I've been treated very well on all except the Quest we bought. We were "just looking" and a salesman sold us a Quest. All the paperwork was finished before I even drove the car and then I wasn't happy with but got it anyway. After 3 weeks of not hearing back from them or getting any paperwork, I called them. It was still going thru the finance stages. After another month, they were still trying to get it financed. Before we left that day, they assured us "there is no problem getting it financed." After 3 months, they finally got it financed after I kept threatening to bring it back. We drove it for a year, it was too big, hard to park, too much of a car for two people. We traded it for a Murano which we love. Any problems I have had, has been settled by Michael Saiz, he is a sales manager, very nice and very professional. Every time we see him, he always asks if there is anything we need. We are treated like family every time we're there. Please try again and call Michael Saiz. I hope he can help you. I'm also from Canton.
