I have bought 3 vehicles from Town Center Nissan. I've been treated very well on all except the Quest we bought. We were "just looking" and a salesman sold us a Quest. All the paperwork was finished before I even drove the car and then I wasn't happy with but got it anyway. After 3 weeks of not hearing back from them or getting any paperwork, I called them. It was still going thru the finance stages. After another month, they were still trying to get it financed. Before we left that day, they assured us "there is no problem getting it financed." After 3 months, they finally got it financed after I kept threatening to bring it back. We drove it for a year, it was too big, hard to park, too much of a car for two people. We traded it for a Murano which we love. Any problems I have had, has been settled by Michael Saiz, he is a sales manager, very nice and very professional. Every time we see him, he always asks if there is anything we need. We are treated like family every time we're there. Please try again and call Michael Saiz. I hope he can help you.
