To Whom It May Concern;

     I to operated under a management title for Ronin Risk International, and managed operations throughout California, including the area in dispute, Los Angeles. I was directly under the management of David Snow, in my management directives which were over employees in the state of California.

      While it is true that David Snow was aware of the policies and procedures within the state of California regarding proper and timely payment of employees. He was however operating under the direct orders of the upper management of Ronin Risk International, which was to include  Michael Petty, owner of the company. Mr. Petty felt that the companies policies should be more important than the states in his decision to not pay employees within California state guidelines. It was knowing and at times malicious on behalf of Mr. Petty.

     While employed with Ronin Risk International, David Snow, and myself were at all times conscientious and advocating of the employees rights, while trying our best to follow direct orders from upper management. However the allegations of unlawful practice should only be directed at Mr. Petty as he was told of the state of California's legal requirements.

      I was injured while on the job in February of 2006, and it took until May 17 th 2010 to have my surgery. At first Ronin Risk attempted to deny my employment with their organization, but later was admitting to my injury while on duty. Upon completion of my Worker's Compensation Insurance Claim, I was unlawfully terminated due to being injured while on duty. Which later became another excuse. The company no longer exhists, and my attorney has all records from Ronin Risk, including Mr. Petty's personal Cell Phone Address Book, which I was able to provide. The insurance carrier is currently under suit of bad faith, AIG Insurance.

     As to David Snow, although we had our disagreements, he is a good man, of outstanding moral character, who at all times was an employee advocate. Any questionable decisions under his leadership were due to ownership of the company and not him. As for Mr. Petty : You can close down your organization, change names, phone numbers and ignore attorney's requests as you hide, but through the legal system, justice is not without its victories.
