ROOMS TO GO RTG ripoff, Clearwater Florida
This is how Rooms To Go has ripped us off, in a small way. We bought a bedroom set back in March asked for everything to remain packed due to relocating, no problem.
Well we've settled in our new place, nothing wrong with furniture phsically, but our dresser came with a mirror the problem is the mirror came without any pieces to attach it no tools no instructions, so I really can't attach it unless I know how and exactly where to attach it without damaging the dresser.
We called (RTG) and explained the situation, they refferred us to customer service number in which we called, they informed us the only way to get the parts that should have come with the dresser is to pay another 20.00. Now this isn't much but after already paying over $1500, this angers me. What can I do?
