Rooms to go RTG Sold me a fake "leather" couch. Pembroke Pines Florida

I purchased my couches 3 years ago from Rooms To Go in Pembroke Pines, FL. I paid over $2500 which is not cheap. The couches have recently started to peel everywhere. It is getting worse and worse. I was told by the salesman at the time that these were real leather and he even gave me leather conditioner which I use as instructed. The conditioner obviously did not work because this is not "real leather". I caught my god daughter the other day grabbing the peelings and sticking them in her mouth. This is completely unacceptable. Now the couches have become a health issue so I went to 2 local rooms to go locations to get some information on my couches. Two different sales people told me the same thing. They told me my couches were bonded leather that Rooms to go tried for a while to save money but they had so many complaints and returns that they stopped using it. I am grateful for both employees honesty. I am sure they were possibly part of that scam and karma forced them to reveal information which seemed they were not at liberty to discuss. With the potential health issues these couches may cause and rooms to go employee testimonials, I am demanding for rooms to go, not to fix, but replace my couches immediately. I will not accept anything less when a company as big as Rooms to go is scamming customers into paying high dollars and getting back a low quality, not as advertised product. I have never been so disappointed. I am a long time Rooms to go customer. My current bed room set it from Rooms to go and is now 10 years old still holding strong. My old couches before I bought these were 11 years old and were still great when I donated them to the Goodwill. It seems that Rooms to go has changed their vision and don't realize that without us, their customers, they are nothing. I am hoping Rooms to go can make this right and review their practices so they realize the importance of being truthful, and not try to scam the people that keep them open.
