This website is a ripoff. The representatives make promises that the company cannot follow up on. They wait until they have your money and you make plane reservations to tell you, you won't be getting what you paid for. DO NOT waste your time with rooms101.com!!!!
They promised us over and over that we would be getting an ocean view room and then they said they cannot make such promises and even went on to say that they never said they could get us that in the first place. I verified over and over that it would be an ocean view room and received promises that I would - Before they got my money- Only for them to say it never happened just 2 weeks before the scheduled trip. They are a bunch of LIARS. Never use rooms101.com
