Complaint Review: Ropin Around - Internet Internet

I have sent out TWO boxes, and was smart enough to keep the receipt from the post office the last time. I am not giving you money when i think your sick and playing games with me. You have harassed me on facebook, slandered my name and posted things that are just worthless and cruel. You also sent messages to potential customers telling them lies and preventing me from getting business from at lest a few people. thank GOD not everyone listens to what comes out of your mouth, and i have had a great start to a wonderful business and am now expanding. As for "hiding" when I blocked you on Facebook... I HAD to, and feel that this is not a business issue but a personal one that goes back to resentment from issues that started back when we were young. Whatever the case may be the box i sent never got returned, and i have a receipt showing that i sent it out. i will hear no more of this, Nor do I have to. no one pays attention this this dredge anyway, and i have TONES of good references from past costumers saying how much they loved my work, compared to this ONE. Good day. Or as they say in the south, Bless your heart.

hey woman, i got some bad news. When i sent out all the signs i put another friends address on yours, and she just mailed it back to me. so... your going to get all your other signs first, then in two or three days ill mail out the martin sign. Im so sorry about this, I know you wanted to put it up in your new home asap... so how about I throw in another sign for free considering you had to wait? tell me what you want, and ill do it and send it out when i get the martin one. love ya and again i sorry!! there are times when i can be such a blond...

Graf Hey honey dont worry, i had the same worry about another order last week. i think it is the holiday season?? you should get them in a day or two.. i can say that next time ill try fed x around this time of year or something, because I cant couldn't on the regular mail and when i tell customers that they will have things by a given day i feel stupid when this happens. December 13, 2011Anne M. Graf Hey honey i got your message yesterday, so Kevin took me over to my friends house who was helping me out the last few weeks sending out the signs. We only have a truck and with Kevin working all day i had asked her if she would take them to the post office for me if I payed her... and i did, for several packages. she picked them all up and told me she would take care of it, even coming back a few days latter to pick up the rest (the bundle that had your other sign and the extra one I made for you) telling me the others had been sent out. I have had several e-mails from people telling me they had not gotten there stuff and honestly i thought it was the season because some boxes did get to where they needed to go, and i have told everyone just to be patient, but two weeks is silly and when i got this from you I knew something had to be wrong. I figured she would have something from the post office to show that they were sent out and possibly we could track them but when i got to her house her oldest son was the only one home. when he let me in all but a few of the boxes that i gave her was sitting in her mud room. I was so angry I didnt wait for her but just had Kevin lode all of them in the truck, and will send them myself. Im so angry im not even going back to get my money back, or ask why she lied to me. its enough that she did it. Im so sorry, and if I had the money to return to you along with your package I would do it, but honestly I have spent all the money I have made on Christmas gifts for my children. I am sending out everything today and tomorrow, and i have put a card on the outside of every box stating that if you do not get everything in time to give as gifts for Christams or whatever purpose you intended next month i will refund the money. Im so angry because i am starting a business and this has made me look so bad, and several friends of mine think that I have put them off simply because they are friends and i can put them on the back burner to bring in "real" customers. I PROMISE you this is not the case, and i cant say im sorry enough. Im not putting out a post publicly on my page because Kevin and this womans husband are friends, and we still have not talked to them about all of this. she has not even called me, and im sure she has seen the missing packages by now. Any way, im sorry for venting and I hope this does not hurt our friendship, I love you to death and I cant tell you how sorry I am for this. When I talked to the man at the post office today he told me that everything should take about three or four days AT THE MOST.... so I hope and pray that everything works this time and you get everything like you should have in the first place. Again Im so sorry!!!

Graf I know!!! it came back, not there fault i went on vacation and the number i gave them as a contact was my old one, (i JUST got a new number b4 I left) I am sending them back out but im also refunding your money and sticking something extra in there for you. January 9Anne M. Graf Sorry I just got online Kevin had the computer for a while he was at drill and needed it to teach classes, so i have not been on facebook for a while. I have simply had no car, my blazer broke down and i have been stuck here sense he left. now that he is back and i can use his truck you will be my first priority tomorrow. Im sorry your boyfriend has had some bad experiences that make him think im trying to screw you, I know some people have run scams but honestly this is a hobby of mine that took off as a business and im just having a hard time keeping up with it. I have decided to cut how many orders I take in in a month because Christmas honestly had me so overwhelmed... any way you should get your package soon and I hope you like what you see, I started making some new things and i packed up a few for you to see if you would like them. you seem to like positive sayings, you post a lot of things, I hope you like it.

I dont get why your giving me an attitude when all I asked was if I could put your boyfriends name on it or send it to your home. It makes me wonder if you actually got the signs to be honest. And I must add still nothing, and she is accusing me of wanting stuff for free. Why would want more of 1 of her signs? She has no proof she sent out the signs, or that I received them. She has no proof that the check she supposedly sent got cashed. But I have proof that I sent her a check and that she indeed cashed it!! But she wants to say I'm lying...hmmm...ok cause all that makes sense. Obviously if I had received the signs, I would just leave her alone. All I wanted was what I paid for. But now she has blocked me on Facebook..someone who was being honest wouldn't hide....and she states I am the only person she has had issues with...if you read the emails sent above she stated herself that she has had issues before...she contradicts herself numerous times!! The emails speak for themselves.

WE'VE IMPROVED OUR POLICIES.
 Based on this complaint we have changed our policies to keep everything more business like. Anne has done several signs for her friends at a discount, and that includes Bridget Small/Curtis. Anne even said she would send them free of shipping charges.
 
The FIVE signs that Miss Small/Curtis asked her to make was in fact late because 1. she neglected to give Anne a time that the signs needed to be shipped to her so that was confusing. 2. She had real costumers that were paying the full price that she charged at the time that needed to be filled as well. and those had send by dates. 3. Anne became sick and had to stop business until she became well.
 
Anne had no complaints from anyone when she offered not only a free sign but money back if the signs were not what her costumers expected.  Or they could have a simple refund.
 
Anne asked Miss Small/Curtis what she wanted done, and She asked for the extra sign to be made. Anne still offered to refund the money should She be disappointed.
 
We have sent out the signs, including the extra one. We hope Miss Small/Curtis is happy with the merchandise. We apologize to Miss Small/Curtis for the confusion, and lack of communication on both sides. And we are grateful for the lesson we have learned as a result of all of this.
 
From now on we have a pay pal account that customers can use and everyone will be treated equally. Should you order a sign it will be same price for everyone, (including friends) and the product will have a "send by" date.
If you are not 100% happy you will get a full refund.

We are doing this to improve customer satisfaction and good business practices. It may be just a small home based business but the name does mean a great deal to us. Thank you for reading.
