Rose City Auto LLC Coach Michael Leonard Shiley Dealer # DA3738 The Told they would help me instead they made my life Hell, charged me 721$ for a transmission I never saw, damaged my car. cost me 1000$ in the process all most cost me my job. portland Oregon
It's still going on as I write this, for over a month now, And I feel So helpless right now. I bought my first car! yes my first car 12/08/12 for My birthday, My roommate at the time took me down to the car lot. So I thought she was Doing me a favor & it's for my birthday .My Roommate had something else in mind, She was actually just doing it so she could just get the finders fee for bringing in a Mark such as myself. My roommate Backed up everything they were saying, it felt like it was something they have done before. Bottomline I bought a Car From (luxury Auto Group LLC) Dealer # DA3546 And a man buy the name of Coach!! AKA Michael Leonard Shiley Dealer # DA3738 Told me if I have any problems bring it back and they will fix it. I just gotta pay for the parts.
So within days I did, cause nothing was going right and when I show up at the car lot looking for them It is abandoned out business gone. So a few months later I was able to track down Coach!! AKA (Michael Leonard Shiley) Cause he!! No longer a sales person, Has taken over the lot. he is the new owner, Of rose city auto LLC. So I tell him.
man to man, human to human. The car you just sold me a few months back The engine has seized and I don't know what to do? I asked him will he please honer the agreement he mad with me? he said he would. no worries I will help! So I paid to have the car towed down there from hillsboro to 82nd in portland OR, I told him it's the engine cause I already had someone look at it. he said fine, I can get you a new engine, do all the work and you will have nothing to say about me but good things. Two weeks later still no answer. me calling everyday trying to get word what I should do, then he responds and tells me it is not the engine its the transmission & that he will need the money up front to replace it. So I take my whole paycheck at the time and let him charge my card a 721$ just so I had a paper trail of the transaction.
I left his car lot with a hand shake and him telling me no worries, 1 week 2weeks, he responds it's not your transmission its the engine and your screwed cause I'm backing out! I got over my head by taking on the resposibility of fixing the lemon I sold you. So he gave me options! Repo it or buy a new car through us. Well I need help & I need it NOW!!!! Someone please call me ASAP My name Is Shea O**** my # is (((redacted))) I am facing him monday afternoon, So as soon as you get this, Anyone call me please. I have people that can vouch for me (Sarah graddy) At reliable Credit please give me some direction I'm lost.
The car is a 2000 Isuzu rodeo .

So as of today my life has hit a low, I finnaly lost my job for missing too much work. I have just been trying to fight this way to hard. So after trying my hardest to work with coach and his crew & after two loaner cars that they gave me, that both broke down! one breaking down when I was on the freeway almost killing me. disputing with my bank to get my money back. I have another car salesman that says he is going to help me. go pick up my rodeo only to find it parked off to the side with dents and grease all over it WTF.
He tows it out to his lot with the transmission that rose city took out in the back. Thinking that the tranny was fine that its just the motor I pay 1500$ to have it fixed. So the guy I have fixing my car is pissed because my rodeo is missing parts and this just turned into a 3000$ because rose city damaged my tranny and other parts of my car when trying to fix it. It was a scam!!! they did that So I would be stuck buying another car from them can someone please help me 503-five67-zero5four6 please I don't know what to do and they can't get away for this.
