Rose Pace, Sterling Vacations I paid Rose Pace $1,098.00 for Cuba Cruise with Celestyal Crystal for August 18-25, 2017. Rose Pace charged my Visa an additional $102,00 for travel insurance. The cruise wasn't paid. She will not give me documents to submit to Travel Insured International. Georgetown Texas
I paid Rose Pace with Sterling Vacations $1,098.00 for Cuba Celestyal Crystal Cruise Line for August 18-25, 2017. Ms Pace charged additional $102.00 for Travel Insured International. My sister died on August 19, 2017 so I had cancelled the cruise. I submitted a claim #170731WTP140151 with Travel Insured and they asked me to submit the following: Cruise invoices, cruise itinerary, cruise line terms & conditions, cruise payments, cruise refund, and travel agent or tour leader cancellation statement.
