I do understand the frustration of the above customer, however, I myself have purchased many Items from Rose Hill Auction House, specifically, Brand named elliptical trainer for $25., retail $275. Could not adjust tension. Got part from manufacturer shipped to my home $12.00. (Good Deal). High end washer / dryer for $800., retail $1800. After 2 years, and a pocketfull of stones from my 8 year old, a bearing in the wash tub went bad. Called Sears, they sent a technician out, repair cost me $150. The dryer, now 4 years in my home, stopped heating up 3 weeks ago. Called Sears again, they asked me to do a few self tests on the touch pad controls. Then told me that I needed a new heating coil. $90. shipped to my home, 30 minutes to install myself. (Very Good Deal). Now I have also ended up with some real "crap" too. But, the auction house has always been willing to give me parts, if they have them, for anything that I have ever purchased from them for next to nothing. You have to go into a place like the auction house with eyes wide open. I once bought a skid of high end RC snowmobiles from them for $75. None of them worked completely right, but, the 10 NiCad batteries I got out of them, retail $20 - $60 each, have kept my kids out of my hair for 2 years. In closing, you can get good value here, just be carefull, and don't take any crap. If the fridge smells bad, it will always smell bad.
