9 News 500 Speer Blvd. Denver, CO 80203 Attn: Deborah Sherman Fox 31 News 100 East Speer Blvd. Denver, CO 80203 Attn: Tom Martino/ Geraldo Rivera * make sure you give them your contact info. These two News Stations are not in 'KAHOOTZ' with the Car Dealers like SOME News Stations in the USA! I sent a letter to 9 News, and within ONE WEEK they responded. I also sent a letter to Fox 31 News, and within ONE WEEK they responded too!! Fox 31 came to the house in an undercover van and took digital pictures of evidence!! 9 News put me on T.V. You can go to www.9news.com and type in ORNELAS and search the story that made the Front Page of the Denver Post and still WATCH the VIDEO that made the 10 O'Clock News. The people at these News Stations are the BEST!!! 9News & Fox 31 News are #1! Deborah Sherman and Tom Martino should be President & Vice President of the USA! The only problem would be which one for President? Maybe they can alternate. Deborah is President from January to June, Tom takes over from July til New Years Eve!

Your comments seem very slanted. You do not know what you are talking about.

there may have been some papers that were NOT signed by the customer, but by someone at the Dealership! If this is true, then the Loan Docs were FORGED!! It is very possible that this happened. You must get COPIES FROM THE BANK , not the Dealership! Do Not Trust your copies!!! Go to the TOYOTA page on this site and stay informed. Good Luck to you.

If Mom took the time to actually READ a document as important as the one for buying a car, this wouldn't happen. I don't place fault with the dealership - this one is on Mom. She knew very well what the price of the car should be; if she didn't think it was consistent with what she thought the price should be, then she can either (1) walk out, or (2) make the finance manager change the price. If you didn't think Mom could handle the deal, then someone should have been with her at the time she bought the car to review the document with her. Most new car dealerships don't have cool-off periods, and the reason for that is to stop people from scamming dealerships. You have a crook come in, sign the agreement to buy the car, and then return the car in less than 72 hours - having used the car for almost 3 days. The dealer can't sell the car as new as the car has lost 25% of its value once the car is driven off the lot. This used to happen so often that the laws had to be changed to remove the cool-off period, and dealers removed the policy from their books. If you're going to sign a contract - READ it first. To do otherwise would be considered bad behavior.

Hey Patrick, I will not spend my money on any vehicle that does not have a return policy; period. Note - I said policy, not law. I did not say it was a law, but a good policy, for honest companies. The only reason NOT to have this policy is because you are using high pressure tactics and talking people into a bad deal! Why else would someone have second thoughts? NOTE: A dissatisfied person will talk about their horrible and unpleasant experience to every person that they know and come into contact with; for many many years!! You will need at least four times as many happy and satisfied customers to make up for one dissatisfied customer.

I agree with this person. I will not give any company my hard earned money if they do not offer a simple return policy. It may not be a law but when I purchased my car last month, the company offered me a 5 day return.

I have worked in the car business for over 12 years (finance manager) every so often I would hear this same thing "I have 72 hours if I want to bring the car back", I'm sorry but that is not true. For many reasons one in perticular is if a new car is sold and the 'floor plan' is paid off then it cannot be reversed. Also if a new cars MSO is sent in for title work then it is no longer considered a 'NEW' car and would have to be sold as used. The car actually belongs to that customer when they 'Drive off the lot' and that is the law in most every state.
