ROSPAR CONSTRUCTION OWNER TOM DID WORK ON OUR HOME. LEFT THE JOB INCOMPLETE NEVER RETURNED TO COMPLETE WHAT HE MADE A MESS OF. WE POSTED ON TRUSTED PROS BUT WHEN WE COULD NOT PRODUCE AN INOVICE THEY REMOVED OUR POST as I guess he did not want the world to know. But now you know.
The reason why we could not provie an invoice is becuase like the work icomplete, no invoice was ever given and he made the dumb mistake of paying him cash. Live and learn. Either way stay clear, we are starting to wonder if this person is licensed or not but either way we have to rehire people. Three licenesed PROS that showed up just shooked their heads a were very polite about what they were looking at.
