Roy Robinson RV lousy service, lies, poor product Marysville Washington
Terrible Experience !!!!!! Lousy Service. I bought a new $ 100k RV which they delivered despite it having a number of problems. Missing part supposed to be on order - per salesman David Hayes....it was not. Paint flaking - "make an appointment to bring in".
Try to get an appointment to bring it in and they tell me 2 months out but if I bring it in and leave it "they'll squeeze it in". Two weeks they had it and nothing done ! Still no part on order. They had a list of problems....broken screen, supposedly fixed, try to open and it falls off. Paint not fixed. Leaking Faucet still leaks. No one calls, no one seems to know what happened to the screen door that was supposed to be ordered as a replacement. This place sucks !!! No one cares if the product delivered is properly gone through. No one cares if your rig has issues - they are just sooooooo busy ! Folks, go someplace else, these guys are too busy to take care of their customers, after all they got my money why should they care.
