Royal Crown Compendium Issuances sent me a letter informing me that I had won $1,850,000.00 in their sweepstakes, I only had to tear off the 'check-like' portion of the letter and send a $19.00 money order for the "Compendium Data Fee" back to them to recieve my award monies at the 'Location for Direct Delivery' which was my home address. The letter I recieved was signed by Michel Factor, "Prize Monies Assessor".
