Royal Transportation Moving And Storage The Movers From Hell Valley Forge , California
This is the moving company from hell. My daughter had the recent misfortune to use this company to move from LA to a small town in Idaho.
After succumbing to a high pressure sales pitch the disaster began. Phone inquiries to the company, requesting the status and location of her possessions began the litany of abusive, resentful language and behavior over the phone and
an ever changing story as to delivery information. It is my speculation that this company made a deal that they later decided they didn't want to have and as a result chose to write my daughter and her needs off. When the furniture
was finally delivered, at midnight! it was clear that retributive action had been taken by this company!
Furniture was wantonly broken in pieces, items had been clearly dragged at length, boxes dropped from extreme height as evidence by their bulged and split sides. In other words this company deliberately and with malice, abused my daughters possessions as retribution for her inquiries regarding delivery time and status. It is inconceivable to me as a business owner myself, that anybody can or would operate a business this way in this day and age - but apparently these people do regularly. RUN, don't walk away from these bullies.
