On Aug 6 2015 I made 4 seperate deposits of 25$ each, the first two deposits went through with no problems and even talked to customer service and they gave me a deposit bonus as well. After spending all of my first two deposits I made a third deposit that was accepted with no problem, then returning to my slot game. After a couple of spins at 1$ a spin I realized I only had 30 cents left, thinking to myself maybe i was hitting max bet accidently. So I made another deposit that was accepted and I returned to the slots, after spinning for 15 min or so I was up to 40$ and all off a sudden i was down to 1.23$. So I contacted customer service thinking they must have made a mistake, by live chat but they kept telling me they would be with me in a minute over and over even after I told them what had happened in the message, so i called the casinos canadian contact number and talked to a lady explaining what had happened, after looking at my account info she told me it was my bank that had withdrew or cancelled my deposits. She also gave me an email address for the deposit query I could show the bank. So I called my bank and asked what was going on, the bank told me the 4 deposits went through with no problems and that it wasnt the bank who withdrew the money it has to be something the casino has done. So i called the casino again and spoke to a different lady and after I explained what the bank had told me, she informed me that I must of owed the casino money from before i made the deposits, telling me that the casino will let u deposit money in to your account, with no idea that you apparently owe them money and then they take your money with out telling you why. So i asked why the money didnt get deducted from the first two deposits letting me spend 50$ plus the deposit bonus that they gave me and then letting me make 2 more deposits before they withdrew the money?  She didnt have any idea why that happened or when the date was of me oweing them money or how much i owed them or how i owed them money, absolutly no information regarding my debt. I asked why i was never informed about this, she stated they dont contact people about debts owed, and told me she could contact the casinos credit/fraud department and get them to call me, but when i asked for the phone number to call them myself if i didnt get a phone call, she told me i couldnt call or contact them myself and they might not even call me at all, which they never did. I contacted my bank again just to see if there were any previous records of deposits that were cancelled or withheld to the same address as the deposits today that would result in me oweing them money, and the bank told me ablolutly not.
