RPM - Receivables Performance Management - Michelle McCall Jesse Rude, Would Not Say What They Wanted, Hung UP, Not My Bill! Washington
I have gotten to speak with these people on two occassions.
The first call they asked for my son and I explained he doesn't
live with me. The man said "oh he just disappered huh?". I asked how he got my number and asked what he wanted and he hung up on me.
They are calling for my son who does not live at my home.
I explained this and they refused to disclose the nature of the call.
I explained my son doesn't live with me and Michelle McCall said, "don't you ever talk to your son?" at that point I asked for her supervisor Jesse. I explained I did not appreciate the way the agent spoke with me
and he said , oh well and hung up on me. He refused to tell me anything and has to speak with my son who again doesn't live there and doesn't have a phone and
doesn't know who these people are or what they are hounding us about.
They are beyond rude and of course their call back number is blocked.
