I ordered a Sonic Duo Cleaner and was never given an actual tracking number (was told the package was damaged by FEDEX and had to be returned - even though I asked for that tracking number I was never answered). I had to send emails every day as even though I finally received an email with an order number it was never listed on their website. I finally complained to Paypal and got the charges reversed. Avoid this guy like the plague.
