I never heard anything from my attorney about someone contacting him about certain events that unfolded in Ohio. Delia doesn't remember anyone or anything. She has already stated that she is not interested in forming a relationship with relatives where the court severed all ties including Bridgett, Cathleen and other siblings. Delia may change her mind later on down the road. Allison said she might try to contact the girls when they reach the age of majority.

I have read some more court documents regarding what allegedly happened to Cathleen. I never cared for Chris, but I have to say it looks like the court did a sloppy job handling the case. It looks like you, Cathleen and her foster mom, Russell, other people and some agencies have your hands full. Concentrate on the girls. Hopefully you can get through the tough ordeals that are a head of you.

Allison and Delia are doing very well in life. My husband and I agreed that it's in their best interest not tell them about incidents that may or may not have occurred in Ohio. From time-to-time I keep tabs on you, the girls, Russell and other people, so if Delia wants to contact you all... she has the information. I'm only doing this until she turns 18 years old and after that she is on her own.

Please tell Bridgett and Cathleen to help you out and not to give you any problems. I love and miss those precious baby girls so much! I know things have got to be tough, but hang in there.

If I read documents correctly Russell didn't protect those precious babies. I just checked with ODRC and they are reporting that Christopher Deeter is located at Northern Central Correctional Institution. You know that saying about Karma?! Well, Karma can be a bigger "B" than they think! Hopefully the inmates turn Christopher into Crissy! Have you considered relocating with the girls...like several states away? I am well beyond ticked off! It doesn't surprise me that Russell is not cooperating with the agencies that are involved with the girls case. If any of my kids came up to me and said what I read about. You can best believe that I would  be on the phone with the sheriff's office while I try to kick someone asleep! Keep those kids away from the Deeter family and anyone who is friends with them! It looks like they are going to stick up for Christopher no matter what happens.

I am well aware of what it's like to be owed more than $16,000 in child support. I went through CSEA and paid money out-of-pocket for legal actions againt another dad beat dad. I know it's tough especially when the dead beat flat out tells you that he will not pay and laughs in your face. One of my kids from a different relationship suffered not only from the lack of child support and medical benefits, but not having the sperm donor act as a father is a big slap in the face.

My original posting may seem cry babyish to some people, but Ripoffreport.com has helped me out a lot. I was able to vent about my frustrations pertaining to my situations and received a lot of help from people. I am very thankful for the help and wanted to keep people posted about our outcome.

The dead beat fathers have to pay child support from the day the kids were born to the day of the adoption. Even though the adoption has gone through, CSEA is still enforcing the child support issue until all funds are paid.

Although I am happy to hear this story had a good ending, and I honestly feel for you, as I am owed child support that I am not receiving, are you aware that there are mothers (and fathers) that are owed tens of thousands, HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars, and you are seriously making an issue (at first) over $1666?  My ex is in arrears $16,000+...and I complain to no one.  I go through the court system with him at least 3x a year, to no avail.  Good luck.

As of February 18, 2010, Delia's wish for my husband to adopt her finally came true! She no longer has the Deeter name and is very happy to have Brian as her legal dad. I wish Russell and anyone who supports him the worst of luck!

As of today no response from Russell on the adoption. He was served with paper work by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office in early May.

Russell is behind on child support payments again this time by 3 months. My attorney is waiting on a court date from the judge. We can't wait until all ties with Russell are severed!

I really don't understand how people can bring children into the world and then turn their back. It's obvious Russell has a lengthy history of ignoring his own children. Something is definitely wrong up stairs. If I knew all these things about Russell over a decade ago I would never had anything to do with him. A lot of people believe that I felt sorry for Bridget and Cathleen and that's why I dated him for a short period of time. Looking back I would have to say that's accurate. Russell got too comfortable within our short relationship. A bunch of little things just got under my skin: Russell raising his voice out of frustration dealing with the kidsit was unnecessary.; Calling the kids a stubborn A double S was a popular thing that came out of his mouth; Ignoring the kids to watch television; Coming back from work or school to find the kids' diapers, Pull-Ups and clothes were soiled due to Russell's television viewing.; and the list goes on. Over time I felt like Russell was shutting down, didn't care about being a father and he seemed very depressed. About February 1998, I gave him $5, told him to pack his bags and I'll take him where ever he wants to go. That's when he showed his true colors. He called Children Services and told them he wanted to give Bridget and Cathleen up. He told me that we will never hear or see him again. I was so horrified I contacted you about getting Bridget and Cathleen. I vaguely remember the black eye incident with Cathleen. I'll look through some photos and see if I can find anything that may help jog my memory. When I told Russell to leave...the journal left with him. When Russell and the kids lived with me I did not feel that Russell was abusive, just extremely lazy. The court documents that I viewed within the past couple of years and your statements are definitely a cause for concern. Has the court mentioned anything about possibly getting a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) worker involved? It's a great program! Usually the CASA workers will spend any where between 10 20 hours a month with the kids. It wouldn't hurt to ask to have one assigned to Bridget and Cathleen. I have a cousin in Butler County that has been working as a CASA for about 12 years. I want to say that the CASA Program is located on the 7th floor of the Montgomery County Juvenile Court. yes robbie,joey, rachel are of age. rachel lives in huber heights and has kids. and jessie's ex wife linda is renting them the house on kildare. i know he has someone drive him to appts. and i know he did a 3 day class for a drinking matter. he has 2 cars sitting at the house. but they drive bev's car. he is still working for ready to go drive thru. and just got me medical for the girls. he doesnt call them or come see them unless they have wrote to bev. she isnt doing good health wise. i'll see what i can find out on the ovi for you. and yes that is great about the girls wanting brain to adopt them. yes bridget and cat have ask tim. and he said no problem. we are filling out change of custody per juvenile courts. the witness was cathleen. we where not told of his court date. but juvenile doesnt want the girls around him. they can see bev if we make arrangements. have children services involed along with a teen support group the court order. because of what happen. and a juvenile person checks on them once a month. i'll see if i've got any new pictures of them and send them to you. the girls nice you guys alot. bridget was the one who found your information. i do have a question for you. remember when you guys lived in middletown. and cathleen got a black eye. do you think russell did that. they say he is a type of person who can be verbally and physically abusive. which i've seen. please send the girls birthdays. so the girls can send cards. and i'll send the information ican for you. take care. and thanks for answering me back. our mailing address is (((Redacted))) CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.
