I have a suggestion. First of all get informed as you can about Rust Consulting. If you look at Federal Reserve and Comptroller they have contracted with them to do a job. A job they are not doing correctly. They are ripping off the people they claim to be helping. Find out who owns this company and why they were contracted to audit these banks if they are taking the funds for damages and not returning them. File a complaint with the agencies that have contracted them out. They should lose their contract. You can sue them for damages you need a good lawyer that will take your case. Sadly if the amount of money they took is less than the amount of a lawyer then you have to weigh how strong a case you have. Usually the person at fault is often ordered to pay the attorney fees plus the damages so if you have a strong case go for it.
I say this to all those who complain about this company that has asked to do work in behalf of me they claim that the Mortgage company is going to pay. Yet from all of these complaints it sounds like it is the fox minding then hen house. You need to report this to the government agencies.
Also you can go to the media and have them publicly shame then after an investigation. It maybe the government is corrupt too-they contracted with them according to what I was told by a Rust consultant. Maybe it is a scam. But they are indicated on the Governments own websites as to be working on the mortgage issues with certain lenders to recoup money for people that have been damaged financially by home loan service-rs erroneous practices.
