RV Central aka RV Center - American RV - California RV Center - Caravans For Hire, Jeff Collison rented out my motorhome, did not pay, stripped insides, major property damage inside and out, owes me over $12,000 in rental fees and damages. La Habra California
My brand new motorhome with 6,000 miles was listed for sale in the RV Trader. Jeff Collison called me and offered to rent out my motorhome and help me sell it. He had it from May - Sept 2002. He would not return my motorhome until I threatened to report it stolen.
When returned (in the dark) the motorhome had extensive damage inside and out. It had been in several major accidents. It was stripped inside (TV, VCR, CB radio, bed coverings, antenna's, micorwave, everything gone).
Outside had major front and rear bumper damage, awning ripped off, every lock broken, roof air conditioners ripped off).
It was returned with 23,000 miles. No maintenance was ever done. Oil was empty in motor and generator. He never paid me a dime of the rental fees he collected from renting my motorhome.
Jeff Collison owes me over $12,000 in rental fees and damages. He will not acknowledge phone calls, emails, fax or mail. He continues to change his business name so he can continue to rip people off.
I have filed complaints with the BBB, but they say this is a criminal matter. If anyone would like to join me in a lawsuit, this crook needs to be put behind bars.
