On 4/19/13 10:19 am I placed an online order for 2 #DEC-32 32" Tru Vision Boomerang Style Frameless Wiper Blades for $73.26 with s&h. I printed my receipt. On 4/22 my credit card account was charged but I had heard nothing from this company. At that point I sent an email at 3:39 pm requesting an update on the order. At approximately noon on the 25th I called the company to try and get an update on the order status. The young lady I spoke to advised me that the order was not yet processed but would not ship for a minimum of 10 working days which is stated on their web site. What is actually stated on their web site is non-custom orders will be processed in 3-5 work days. Needless to say, I was less than happy and told the young lady that I would not do any additional business with them and advise the members of my RVs groups not to deal with them. I was probably rude but don't believe that I cursed or otherwise abused the young lady and I do understand she doesn't set company policy, only has to live with it. Shortly I received a phone call from the president of the company who advised he didn't appreciate my call and I advised I didn't appreciate how he was handling my business. During the course our conversation he indicated the product wasn't even in stock but probably would be on Monday. When I asked when they planned to advise me of this I get a story about all of the products they carry, etc. but no answer. If you want to do business with a company that operates on its timeline with minimal to no communication with you as the customer, this is the right company....otherwise-look elsewhere for what you need. Final note, the owner didn't like me or what I had to say and canceled my order. And guess what, they managed to find an email capability to advise me of that transaction.
