I ordered product online, paid $4.95 shipping it was to be a 14 day trial, they billed me the full amount 14 days from the order date. I tried calling them no reasoning. How can a trial basis begin day order is placed? DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Colorado,To complete the "trial" order, you had to check the block that said you read and UNDERSTOOD the terms and conditions of the offer.
