Looking at the report from May 2016, apparently, it is this company’s ongoing policy to assist criminals. We also had our card stolen, and someone placed an order at this company of $259.11 on May 29, 2018. They refused to assist in any way other than notating the person’s account. Per the supervisor there, Maria Hartzel, it is their policy to not do anything. They won’t give any information, won’t report the person to the police, and won’t refund my card. Thankfully, I have a good bank that is disputing it on their end, but I also have to wait for that process to be complete. I highly recommend not doing business with a company that has a history and policy of protecting criminals.
