Rx helper Is a scam and stole my money Deerfield beach Florida
RX helper is the biggest scam ever. I paid the starting fee of $80.00 then they drafted my account $ 60.00. I waited for my insulin to come in to my doctors and it never did. Then I get emails saying sign this. Do this, medicine is coming and has been sent out. Doctor office calls me and guess what !? No medicine has came in! I canceled my account, they said they wanted that faxed to them. Then they would call me about a refund. Big freaking lie. Andrew is a rude, unhelpful person who was the "supervisor" that hung up on me, because I was demanding my money back. Andrew said in 7 to 10 business days my doc office would have my medicine. I really doubt that.! I am a type 1 diabetic. I need my meds !! I can't afford to pay 300 dollars a month, which that's a discounted amount from using coupons. I wish I could blast all over the Internet how I feel about this company. I hope they respond back and start talking about waiver. Take those waivers and affidavit and shove them where the sun doesn't shine. Shame on you for stealing people's money. I'm to the point of getting a lawyer. If we can gather enough people that have been screwed over by these people we will definitely have a case and maybe own your piece of crap company! How do you sleep at night !
