Ryan Homes ripoff I can feel your pain Indianapolis Indiana
In 1992, I purchased my "dream home" and chose Ryland as my builder because of all the promises that were made. It was the worst mistake I ever MADE! The financial portion of the sale was without any problems. Sailed through that portion. I was there everyday. First home, proud owner, something I did on my own.....Oh, but the construction!!!
The staples (not nails) that they used on constructing the baseboards, the second floor bedroom over the garage that is still tilted and uneven, the siding installation had to be reinstalled in certain areas, water leaks from the roof. The complaints are too many to name. Just let it suffice to say, I want to build a home with a builder who not only uses the word "quality" in their advertising, but actually uses quality in the construction of their homes. Trust me, I will never find thse ingredients in a Ryland home.
