This is in reference to the report on the "held deposit". It states that the companies don't refund the deposits on non business days. We've used Ryder to move with and it always stats that in the paper work. As far as the mileage goes, when you book a truck it's for an estimated mileage, they can't know for sure if you will go anywhere else, drive a longer route or what not. And it also stats that in the paperwork to.. I think it's like 40cents each additional mile. All I can say is keep trying for your check but everything has been done according to paper work besides taking so long for the truck... The man who was rude, I can understand that however that is not Ryders fault. Everyone goes off at some point in time. Sorry for your bad experience.
