I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, and have had only two bad experiences in my years of buying over the internet. I finally found a company that is worse to deal with than the ****! It is S & J Auto. My experience was like something out of a horror movie, spanning November 6 thru Dec 29 so far. My invoice was #56479 and involved 84 Buick parts for a restoration project. I just now read a dozen or so of these ripoff reports ( I wish that I had read them before I ordered) and I say, "yes, that is just what I am experiencing!!". As with the other reports there was an immediate deduction ($340) from my Master Card for all parts in the order, even for those that were never found.

There were some parts that never came, some wrong parts, some damaged and badly corroded parts, and two parts that were correct and OK. The S and J phone system and the customer service system are the WORST I have yet seen, topping my former champ. I would most definitely recommend that you DO NOT ORDER from them unless you enjoy extreme aggravation and frustration. I called on 19 different days regarding delivery, wrong parts and a refund, with each call being something strange out of Alice in Wonderland! Each call is actually 4 or 5 calls, because you are cut off, put on hold forever, or shuttled to dead-end voice mail (they don't call back). On these 74 dialings I spoke to John, Steve, Scott, Jackie, Christina and three others who hung up on me too fast to get their name. I was promised a $185 refund by John and Jackie on Dec 6, but it never materialized.
